Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you’ll be greeted by a Mandari Travel representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Relax and enjoy dinner while preparing for your safari adventure ahead.
Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its vast herds of elephants and ancient baobab trees. Enjoy a full-day game drive and picnic lunch in the park before heading to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park
Drive to Lake Manyara National Park, home to tree-climbing lions and colorful flamingos. Explore its diverse landscapes of forest, lake, and open plains. In the afternoon, visit Mto wa Mbu village for a short cultural experience before heading to your camp for dinner.
Day 4: Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, journey to the legendary Serengeti National Park, crossing the stunning Ngorongoro Highlands. Enjoy an afternoon game drive across the endless plains filled with wildebeest, zebras, and predators. Dinner and overnight at a tented camp.
Day 5: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti
Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti, where every moment brings new sightings ,from hunting lions to herds of elephants. Experience sunrise and sunset drives, then relax around the campfire under the starry African sky.
Day 6: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive en route to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a thrilling day of wildlife viewing. Spot rhinos, buffaloes, zebras, and flamingos before heading to your lodge on the crater rim.
Day 7: Ngorongoro – Maasai Village Visit – Lake Eyasi
Depart for Lake Eyasi, a beautiful cultural region home to the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. En route, stop at a Maasai village to learn about their traditions, dances, and way of life. Later, enjoy sunset views over Lake Eyasi and overnight at a nearby lodge.
Day 8: Cultural Tour in Lake Eyasi
Join the Hadzabe bushmen for a morning hunting excursion and learn traditional survival skills. Visit the Datoga blacksmiths who craft tools using ancient methods. This immersive experience offers a glimpse into Tanzania’s oldest tribal cultures.
Day 9: Lake Eyasi – Arusha
After breakfast, return to Arusha, passing through scenic countryside and farmlands. Spend the afternoon at leisure or visit a local market for souvenir shopping. Overnight stay in Arusha.
Day 10: Departure
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before transferring to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight. End your safari adventure with unforgettable memories of wildlife and cultural discovery.
